The Brewery Index

Where the breweries are.

Methodology

Factual

Pure factual ranking: towns by their count of public breweries (active + seasonal status). Closed permanently is excluded. Tie-break: alphabetical by town name. Towns with zero public breweries are excluded from the ranking. Future versions will fold in editorial picks; for v1 the count is the call.
